This one, had no heat and ultimately, we vacated that unit entirely with half our party seeking other accommodations. This decision was only after two hours of waiting for heater to turn on or host to return our messages. "Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!"

"Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock.
