"We had booked a standard double room but on arrival the wonderful receptionist offered us an upgrade for a very reasonable rate. She also gave us some great recommendations for where to go in Copenhagen and circled some areas of interest on a map. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities you could need such as ironing board, fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. We were also given the choice of how often we wanted our room cleaned to help make our stay more eco-friendly and avoid unnecessary cleaning. The decor in the bar was very stylish and it was a great place to sit and chat. It was popular with the locals as well as hotel guests. The hotel is in a great location. The area is quieter than some other parts of the city but still has plenty to see and do. It’s easy to get to other parts of the city as the train station and metro are close by. I would definitely stay here again. "
