I needed a lot of support and they never once made me feel like I was a burden. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food first class and the location cannot be beat. The fact that arm bands into Tivoli were included in our stay every single day was a huge bonus. You just walk out the back door and you are in the park. The park...

10/10 Excellent
"Loved everything about this property except for all of the added fees for the amenities. It was also hard to get a pool time slot for a teen that wasn’t inconvenient around vacation city exploring (so no pool for us, unfortunately). "
"Love this hotel- stylish, grand and beautiful. The rooms are fairly good size, the breakfast was excellent. Loved the art in the side stairwells and the easy access to the train station and the harbor- we walked everywhere!"
"Fun hostel - we stayed here as a family of 4 in two rooms. The hostel is fun with lots going on. The rooms are tiny but not a problem. Staff friendly. Roof terrace is lovely. "
"This hotel was perfect for us.
The location was great. It is right across the street from the train station and 1 block from Tivoli gardens.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet.
It is easy walking distance to restaurants and the heart of the old city center.
I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel."
