4/10 Poor

"I’ve stayed here before and I was looking forward to coming back with my family. They have bikes you can check out to take to the beach but unfortunately they were poorly maintained. Also, our AC unit wasn’t working in our room. When maintenance showed up it was after midnight. They couldn’t fix the problem so we were told to switch our rooms in the middle of the night and leave our stuff. The next day we had plans to go to the beach and as we were leaving, with no warning, they made us move all of our stuff to the room we slept in. I assume they couldn’t fix the AC unit. There was zero apology from the front desk. We were offered a free breakfast, but never received it."
