Love the pub & food was great. Rooms are nice for the price too, but the rooms could use some new pillows as ours were very old & had to fold them in half. Overall it was a good stay ☺️

The home of Red Dog. As we are travelling with a dog, we were made to feel very welcome. The pub is lively and great food. The rooms are a bit 1960's, but clean, safe and friendly staff.

I have stayed at the mermaid plenty of times and been a good experience. But this time I got a cheaper room witch was not in rentable condition it stunk realy bad mold everywhere carpet need replacing as I think that was the smell of rotting And I will not be returning Starff were nice and cold beer .

Older hotel with beautifuly renovated bathroom and the most stunning view. Friendly staff, reasonably priced restaurant. Lovely view from outdoor bar area.

For the price paid, was good pub accommodation. We were there for a few days and couldn’t hear the noise in our room from the pub. Meals at the pub were good. View from room was terrific, make sure u get an ocean facing room.

It’s more for the working class people, not for tourists with family. Wifi’s not working for few months but not fixed. No milks in the fridge, amenities are not remarkable, toilets and showers are stained. No shops around
