This is a 120 m² farmhouse located on a quiet street, near the large beach in Damgan in Morbihan.
You can get there on foot, by car, or by bike.

There is a large living room that opens onto the kitchen, featuring an old stone fireplace, a spacious kitchen with a range, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, plenty of storage space, attractive tableware, and a full set of cookware.
The spacious upstairs bathroom features a very large walk-in shower and a toilet. (There is another toilet on the ground floor.)

The sunny terrace features a large table for 8 people, patio furniture, and a gas griddle.
The 300-square-meter garden is fully enclosed and filled with flowers.

Bedding and towels not included, End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility (cleaning supplies provided), or you can book the €120 package, which includes housekeeping and linens, through the property management service.

The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The house faces a very quiet cul-de-sac overlooking meadows—an ideal spot for walking or biking.

Damgan is 20 minutes from Vannes and Sarzeau, the main gateways to the Gulf of Morbihan, but Damgan is right on the sea.

Damgan is renowned for its shellfishing; its south-facing beach slopes gently, making it ideal for children.

Nearby, you’ll find a sailing school, coastal hiking clubs, numerous horseback riding clubs, and amusement parks (Branféré, tree-top adventure courses).

Damgan has a cinema just a 5-minute walk from the house, as well as many restaurants and a charming, lively town centre.

The port of Penerf provides access to oyster farms and a ferry to the gulf.
The Sarzeau Peninsula, Suscinio Castle, Arz Island, and Île aux Moines offer many opportunities for day trips.
