Domaine de la Picardière, nestled in the heart of the Loire castles, is a renovated former farmhouse with exposed beams and a wood stove. Enjoy the house, pool, and pleasant garden year-round, as well as board games available on request. The shaded pool terrace invites you to relax and unwind.



Each bedroom has its own shower room and private toilet, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The property offers 2 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms that can each accommodate up to 4 people, for a maximum of 15 guests. In total, the house features 5 showers, 1 bathtub, and 6 toilets.



The spacious living area allows everyone to share meals around two large wooden tables. The kitchen and lounge are also welcoming spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with various appliances, utensils, pans, and oven dishes.



Outside, the garden and pool are perfect for playing or relaxing. The entire accommodation is reserved for guests, while the courtyard is shared with the owners, who live on-site in a separate building. The garden and pool are on the guest side, but the owners may access them to tend the vegetable garden behind. Bed linen and bath mats are provided. Towels are not included.
