"Very spacious and accommodating for my family of 15. The host was extremely helpful before and during our time their. He was also attentive and responsive to my emails. The house was clean and a somewhat dated but overall, I loved my stay and would rent again. "
"This unit was everything you want in a vaca rental! Unit was clean and stocked, with plenty to keep you busy. The assigned parking spots were literally right inside the garage, with the beach closet to the right. The elevator was steps away. You couldn't ask for a better location- the beach was right across the street, as well as a little market and restaurant. Walmart and other stores are about 15 minutes down the road. Beach was never too busy to enjoy- we even saw dolphins!! It was nice to be right outside the action of VA Beach proper. Would definitely stay here again."
"Beautiful, clean property. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. Rooms were on the smaller side, not much room to open suitcases, but there were dressers in each room to store clothing which made it easier. Pack and plays for the babies and toddlers were a very tight fit in the bedrooms. The owner was great- very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only suggestions we have would be to include a map of the closest beach access pathways for renters, and to have the grass freshly cut and pool vacuumed with skimmers emptied before guests arrive. Thank you for a great week!"

We were in need of nothing…from game room to the kitchen to the pool, it was well stocked with supplies for all ages. We would welcome another stay here in the future. "We traveled as a Mens and Womens golf team and this property allowed us to have one team spend their time on the first floor and one team spend their time on the 3rd floor with coaches on the 2nd floor! We can only imagine how great this property would be if the pool was open however the hot tub was great! We only wished there was a complimentary hot tub cleaning when you stay 5 days! Otherwise the house is incredible for a big group as we did team dinners at the massive dinner table! Only discrepancy we had was that the listing lists multiple bunk beds per room upstairs and there is only 1 set. So 2 beds not 4!"
