"The location is very good - close to the city center, but far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. The views are amazing. The hotel room was large - much larger than rooms in any comparably priced hotel in Iceland and in much of Europe. The facility and the rooms are updated, clean, and functional. It was nice having a large common breakfast room on the top floor, with a kitchen and small kitchen appliances. The check-in process was easy. There is plenty of on-site parking. I rated staff as "OK" only because there was no choice to enter N/A - we just did not have a chance to interact with any staff member since there is no reception desk on-site and the check-in- check-out processes are fully automated."
