Perfect location and just what we needed

The Local Hotspot is in a great location in lower Greenville! We were able to walk to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. It was small, but just what we needed and we wanted for nothing. Would stay there again!

Parking is pretty bad but we planned to walk so it worked out fine. Very disappointed that swimming was listed but not available for amenities. Overall very cute property with lots of charm and great location.

Convenient studio apartment

We were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars on lower Greenville. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

This property came up under a search with washer and dryer available. This is untrue. It was a cute 1940's apartment. Lots of orginals, flooring, the wall cabinets. But no washer or dryer and contacting the host was difficult required another app download and sign in. Frustrating
