Welcome to the Cityplace House, an unbelievable home with loads of space and lots to do! The home is ideally located within minutes to Rangers' Park, Cowboy Stadium, 6 Flags, and other entertainment venues in the metro, and 15-20 minutes to DFW airport, Dallas downtown, and Fort Worth downtown. Enjoy WiFi, 75 inches smart TV, large backyard, high quality mattresses, and more

Important notes:

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.

Spacious comfort

Nancy’s place is great! It’s so spacious and has plenty of beds. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Great place close to entertainment. Wonderful!

Lots of space!

Really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place. The house was HUGE....especially for just the 3 of us. The location was near Arlington and only 15-ish minutes to Dallas. We also enjoyed the Stockards near Ft. Worth--and that was only a 30 minute drive!

Good for family gathering

I drove from Tennessee, my brother from Colorado, and we made this a nice mid ground place to meet. Place is nice and more than adequate for a couple families. Dining room is large enough for everyone, and location is nice as it sits right between everything that the metroplex has to offer. I would not hesitate to stay again in this property should the need arise.

Great location for Cowboys game!

This house is a great location for getting to Cowboys stadium on game day. Even in the traffic it only took about 15 minutes. We took out grandpa to see the game. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. The house was nice, with space to hang out and eat together. We would definitively stay hwre again.

Nice stay

The house is ok- nothing fancy, but big enough to accommodate a big group of extended family including pets. Beds and bathrooms were plentiful and clean. The big dining table was a plus as well. The house and neighborhood are older and a little run down, but quiet and safe. Our only minor issue was the use of ultrasonic pest repellers that really bothered our dog until we figured it out and unplugged them for the duration of our stay.

ABCA Conference

Stayed during a coaches conference with 5 other coaches. House is clean and has all necessary sheets and towels. The only complaint would be that the wi-fi needs to be stronger. TV kept losing signal and we needed better signal for personal electronics.

Lovation is key!

The home is located close to local concert venue, a big plus. The interior is spacious, clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. Great for large family meals. However, there is a distinct odor in the master bath and on the large sofa. The outside area was nice, but it rained and water pooled at the back door preventing safe access to the area. Every Bedroom is nice, but no TV’s in 3 of 4 bedrooms. Outside entrance to home is grand, but could stand a good power washing. This could be a 5 star easily, just needs a little work. Just lil things I would’ve like to have known when booking.
