In the center of Grand Prairie lies a cozy in-law suite, ideal for your upcoming break. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a well stocked kitchen, complete with a hot pad, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living area, where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or simply relax on the balcony and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Just a short 6-minute drive away, you can experience the thrills of Six Flags Over Texas, or venture to the iconic AT&T Stadium, just 8 minutes away. For a day of shopping and exploration, the Dallas Market Center is only an 18-minute drive from your doorstep.

Throughout your stay, you'll appreciate the essential amenities, including a well-appointed bathroom, plush towels, and basic toiletries. Stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi, and keep your clothes fresh with the provided iron and ironing board. With air conditioning, heating, and linens, you'll enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Secure parking is also available, making it easy to come and go as you please. Whether you're seeking adventure or a peaceful retreat, this 1-bedroom vacation home is the perfect home base for your Grand Prairie getaway.

Important notes:

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($30 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.

It was very spacious for 2 people. Very much accommodating. Parking was a squeeze and you could hear the other tenants in the building. Not a big deal. Was a very good place to stay for the weekend.

Perfect studio

2 friends and I stayed here for a single night before going to a Cowboys home game the day after. It was excellent! Much cheaper and more homey than a hotel room not to mention the hotels were all requiring booking stays for more than 1 night due to the game. Location is central for a lot of local sites, highly recommend staying here for small groups of 1-3 people.

Cute, quiet, convenient

We wanted a calm, cozy getaway to hang out in- we just came to Dallas to check out the newest Meow Wolf location and relax. Checking in was really convenient, the location was a quiet neighborhood, and the actual space is clean, well-organized and comfortable. The shower has low pressure, but that's literally the only complaint.

This property has a beautiful deck, it is shared though. We had a lovely glass of wine for sunset. When we came back from our concert there was a group on the deck to the left. No problem for us because we were ready for bed. Shower is Renovated with amazing water pressure. Overall break stay.

Great response from host

The studio is attached to a family home with a second rental also attached. We were awakened by heavy footsteps the first night. I messaged the host who immediately took action by contacting the other guests to ask them to quieten. The studio was very clean and the view from the porch was calming as I drank my morning cup of coffee. If you’re a multi cup coffee drinker, bring your own k pods as the host only provides one cup per day. Overall, we were pleased and would stay here again.

The studio was everything advertised. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the coffee nook with the inspirational coffee quote. Safe off the street parking. There was a minor hiccup with the another renter and the host reached out to me immediately to ensure the matter was resolved. I was in town for Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game and the location was perfect about 10 minute drive to the stadium yet far from the hustle and bustle in a quiet residential neighborhood. The best of both worlds
