Gathering areas are very small with limited seating unless you spilt people up into other rooms, no washer and dryer use , and neighbors have a junk pile in the front yard. Host was very kind and did allow early check in and was very helpful when a stray dog got in the yard

Host was friendly and helpful. There was a smell when we entered, damage to blinds,tablecloth was stained. Took a long time for hot water to heat up. Light over kitchen cabinets we couldn't find a way to shut them off. Yard not well kept.
