Great neighborhood

I stayed at the property with my husband, son and brother in law. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and Eli, the manager, was nice to work with. Great restaurants a short drive away and so was the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!!

We stayed here because it was halfway to our son. Our son was able to meet us here for a long weekend. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and we loved the sofa. We will definitely stay again if we are in Rockwall. Great shopping and restaurants nearby,

Great place in a quite and friendly neighborhood. Eli was very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent place for families as the neighborhood makes it feel like home. Would certainly book again.

We had friends flying in from Arizona for a championship pickleball tournament and needed a place for a few days. This place was perfect. They had pickleball courts to practice on. Very clean place. Communication was great. Look forward to staying there in the future

Clean and comfortable, but missing a few things

The unit was clean and comfortable. The manager communicated with us regularly leading up to and during our stay. The unit was advertised as having a hot tub; it did not. One bathroom was out of order; we were not informed of this in advance. The kitchen was minimally equipped with cookware, although it had plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. Instructions for such things as garbage days and checkout procedures provided in the house instruction book, the guest information card, and the manager's messages often contradicted each other. The manager's phone number was incorrectly listed in the VRBO listing. Overall there was nothing seriously wrong, but enough things missing or just a little off to make our stay less than perfect.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Rockwall. The property looked just like the photos and had 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths as stated in the description. A/C worked well and everything in kitchen along with the bathroom also worked well-(good water pressure in the shower, no issues with temperature).Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the lake. No issues coming in & out of this gated community. Grocery stores & restaurants are nearby and checking-in and out of the property was easy.
