It’s was a great stay down to customer service, my room was cleaned and the hotel itself was nice. I will most definitely recommend to hotel if you’re ever in Dallas and need a Hotel this is the one

That is quite possibly the worst designed shower enclosure i have ever bathed in.

Alarm and loud noises
The hotel is great, I’ve stayed here before. I was woken up multiple times by loud pipes/heating, and the alarm went off all morning while I was having meetings and couldn’t focus or run the meeting.

PERFECT accommodations!

Overall it was a good stay. My only complaint was there were no towels in the room and the food offered on the menu wasn't good with the exception of the breakfast which was great.

It was a great area and quiet and safe. Staff was not very informative at all. You have to enter going into the AC hotel entrance and parking was confusing. Had to find our own room without directions. All which could’ve been avoided if the staff had done her job right.

My room is very well maintained updated clean line furniture and clean and I enjoy the multiple press light switches as well as the floor lighting. The frosted sliding door to the bathroom is nice. . My seating area in my room by the window is a great lounge. The staff is very kind.
