This rental was fine. Clean, serviceable. Nothing fancy. Be forewarned though, the walls are thin and noise from neighboring units is easily heard. We were explicitly told no parties and given quiet hours for the BUILDING to respect else there would be fines. Night one (a Thursday) - loud music woke us at regular intervals from the unit below and continues until 7am. Complained to property management via VRBO messaging. Was given an emergency number to contact over the weekend. night 2 - quiet enough to sleep so we thought the problem was solved. Night 3 - horrendous. Very loud music continuous ALL night. Called emergency number, left message. Had to turn AC unit up to drown out noise to sleep. But that made it cold. At 5am music was blasted to top volume. Around 7am the Music finally stopped. Got an hour of quiet sleep before needed to leave by 10am checkout on Sunday. Got a call from property manager the following day (monday afternoon) to “check on the problem” - only to find out that the emergency number was pointless they don’t answer on the weekends. What’s the point of “quiet hours” if there is nothing in place to enforce them. Reading reviews seems like this might be an on going problem. This location was ideal since it’s literally around the corner from my son’s apartment, but I won’t be staying here or with any property managed by this company again.
