Each bedroom has a luxury queen bed with bamboo sheets. Pamper yourself in a fluffy white robe and enjoy a cup of coffee as you Wake Up in Texas!

But first, the Wine...
We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin)
AND since we're on subject of the finer things in life...
Have you ever felt the buttery softness of breathable bamboo sheets?!?
We've got you covered! All three of your queen beds and both pull out queens are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows.

Relax by the 2-way, wood-burning fire place.
Enjoy all-night conversation under the lights of a magical maple tree.

NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10PM. Please obey the parking guide included in the rental agreement. A ring doorbell camera is in use as well as cameras at each entrance and cover the front and back yards as well. We are in communication with the neighbors and they will report any disruptive behavior to us immediately. Such behavior may result in your group being removed from the property without refund.
