Cozy home & convenient location!

This is a nicely laid out home that accommodated 5 adults plus our grown children and couple of grandchildren who came over to spend time visiting. The fenced yard was nice for the little ones. This home is located in such a great spot in Carrollton, just minutes from a million things! We went up to Denton for a book fair, we went over to Grapevine and Plano for the malls, we had so many choices of restaurants in Carrollton and Lewisville that were just minutes away. We also went for walks along the greenbelt that is behind the property. The convenience of the location was fabulous! Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels, clean linens, comfy sofas and chairs and 2 eating areas. There were a few things that could have been better, but at the end of the day, it was a very comfortable stay that we will book again.

Great location, but that's it.I'm really sad to report that our group was disappointed with this property. While the location is central to a lot in Dallas, it’s clear there’s little care taken to maintain the home.The bathrooms were filthy - baseboards were covered in grime and dust, and there were hairs stuck to the back of the upstairs bathroom door. The caulking along the tub was dirty, and the area behind the downstairs toilet was absolutely disgusting. The faucets still had toothpaste stains, and the kitchen hadn’t been properly cleaned; we found old food left behind and dishes and cutlery with dried food still stuck to them.Basic supplies like toilet paper and tissues weren’t restocked, and we even found hairs in the bed. There was no Wi-Fi available during our stay even after reaching out to the local host. Although we were able to reach the property management company, they couldn’t reach the host either - and offered no real help resolving the issue.The downstairs bed was already broken when we arrived (one of the braces was on the floor), and the blinds throughout the home were unusable - they wouldn’t open or twist properly. On top of all that, there was no guidebook or instruction binder anywhere in the house, leaving us with no information about Wi-Fi details or local tips.Overall, the location was convenient, but the lack of cleanliness, broken furniture, missing essentials, and complete absence of support made for a poor stay.
