  • Spacious, modern multi-level duplex with an open-concept living area, full kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms—perfect for families, medical stays, and business travelers. Enjoy a bright living room, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Private car garage parking included. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to UT Southwestern and minutes from Downtown Dallas.



    Guests will have full and private access to their own side of this duplex, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, and the private car garage. You’ll have a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock. There are no shared indoor spaces with the other unit.



    We’re available anytime through Airbnb messaging and respond quickly. You’ll enjoy full privacy with self check-in, but we’re always here if you need anything during your stay.



    Guests can easily get around the area by car. The property includes a car garage and driveway parking is also available. Dallas Love Field Airport is only a few minutes away, and Downtown Dallas can be reached quickly by car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft). Public transportation options are limited, so a car is recommended.
