Modern Elegance: Prime Location in Carrollton

  • Nestled in a safe and serene neighborhood, this stylish home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Located just 5 minutes from Addison, you'll find endless entertainment options at your fingertips. Enjoy the tranquility of a peaceful home with easy access to nearby attractions and activities!

    This two-story home comes with a master bedroom with a king bed and a table/chair for work or study. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a hot tub.

    The other two guestrooms have one queen bed each and a chest to store your belongings. Two guestrooms share one bathroom on the upper floor but there is an additional half-bathroom on the first floor as well. All rooms are in the upper floor.

    There is also a cozy backyard where you can enjoy coffee breaks. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

    You can park for free. Plenty of space is available in street parking, which is what we recommend. If you prefer to park in the alley, please leave a space for another car which may pick up things from the garage. The garage is itself occupied so entries should be from the front door.

Great bones and location - poor upkeep

Met our needs for location and house has lots of potential. Upkeep has been poor for some time. Pretty disappointing. We won't stay here again.
