The space has 2 bedrooms plus a small 3 rd bedroom . Full kitchen comes with stainless appliances. Convenient laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer.
Since this is one area of the house someone else will be living in the guest suite next door rented independently . Both spaces have a their own private entrance and backyard . ALL GUESTS MUST RESPECT QUIET HOURS FROM 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
