We selected a non-smoking room, however, the room smelled of cigarette. Regrettably, our stay will definitely be the last. The lady at the reception was nice and friendly.

The manager was very friendly, I had to spray the room for small roaches, the toilet sunk to one side whever I would sit on it, seems like there's a hole in the flooring on one side where the toilet is situated, however, I stayed on the 3rd floor & it was very quiet & peacefull. Overall 3/5 stars

Nice people, affordable stay, simple, not luxurious, nice location, food places all around, pharmacy, grocery stores... very convenient. I met the front desk, Juanita, the GM ms Q and ivonne. Very nice ladies!

Old hotel, run down , the staff was nice and room was clean. Commen areas very dirty with trash cans overflowing

The customer service that Deon provided was great and she can only do as much as she has to work with. We arrived late at night and turned on heater for the night and just turned on the heat and went to bed ( around 2am woke up to a freezing room the temp was at 78 degrees and no heat was coming out) and it was about 50 degrees outside that night so it was unpleasant.

Staff were fine, but rooms were dirty. Sheets were so dirty and smell very bad. Weed odor everywhere. Elevator was not working. I was there for only 10 minutes and cops all over place arresting people. Left the place and canceled the reservation. Staff were very understanding people and with their help I got full refund of my reservation.

Thursday January 8th I was placed in a room that was being worked on, when I walked in the room had paint buckets on the bed the bed was trashed the bathroom was not cleaned. Was put in another room bathroom was nasty sink was clogged up the black mud stains. The refrigerator did not work and room had roaches. Friday January 9th I was out in a room with no tv nor the water did not get hot I didn’t receive a discount due to the tv not in the room.

I made a reservation on line a week before. Was approved. Showed up on the day of, and they told me they had no rooms available and that they didnt have a room for me. Absolute trash service and an incredibly outrageous lack commitment. Their lack of management and coordination left me out wandering on the street to figure it out, and i had to jump through hurdles just to find a new place to stay. Id give this place 0 zero stars if i could and i dont recommend it as your booking is not guaranteed. I ended up having to spend significantly more just to find something last minute.
