This furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has lots of space at 970 sqft and features a fully equipped kitchen, smart home appliances, and a King-size bed as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom is also spacious, equipped with a garden tub and a seperae shower, and double vanities. A washer and dryer set is included in the unit. You'll also find a dining table and a workstation with dedicated high-speed 600mb Internet connection, both wired and wireless. Additionally, a Google Personal Home Assistant can be set up to assist you in finding local shops and restaurants nearby.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government-issued IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $175 for 1st pet, $125 for 2nd pet, (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies. Optional recurring cleanings are available upon request: $95 (bi-weekly) or $75 (weekly).
