Everything was pretty good. Parking was kinda annoying. Our place had its own parking spot but because it's not labeled everyone was parking in our spot. The owner was helpful and nice anytime I messaged her about something. The place was really clean and orderly

Relaxing and convenient

Love the apt. Would recommend putting a large bowl for mixing or popcorn etc. Some kind of stopper for bathtub if you didn’t want to take a shower. Love the makeup washcloth. A/C worked great. Close to Stadiums. Would definitely stay there again

Great location / convenient

Location was fantastic - close to stadium - was able to walk back after event quicker than waiting for an Uber (about 20 minutes). Stores and amenities close by. Rental was well cleaned and communication with owner was quick and informative. Only suggestion would be possibly acquiring a few more kitchen things.- but not reason enough not to recommend orTo stay again

*No hot water for 2/3 of trip.*LOUD plumbing issues with constant flushing throughout the night and into the next day.The apartments have clearly been rennovated so that they appear updated and modern on the inside, which was one reason why I booked this place - but as a solo female on this trip, this was not an area that I felt super safe coming home alone at night. Arlington can quickly have some not so great pockets from one street to the next. It was nice that my parking spot is steps away from my door. The fan and a/c were very noisy, but the biggest disturbance was the constant flushing from a neighboring unit that went on 1-2/min for hours into the night and still a problem the next day. It got so bad I took videos to document times and how loud it was especially with it being an ensuite bathroom. I arrived past midnight and so the next morning notified the host that there was no hot water. They were quick to respond that they would contact maintenance. Came back late that night to no updates and still no hot water. Messaged host again and was told it was a known issue they were working on to have repaired. I then let the host know about the constant loud flushing sounds too that had been going on. No response to that. Next morning, (2 nights into my stay) received a message from the host that the hot water would be fixed later that day. That night received a message that it was fixed. I informed the host that I would not be back until late
