The house was in a very nice neighborhood. Communication was good as was getting in the property. Very spacious with plenty of beds. Definitely would stay again.
We went to Dallas stadium to see Metallica and then to see a Rangers game. Great place to stay and close enough to Uber to everything. Great restaurants very close. Oh and the AC works great!!! Highly recommend!

Unaware Owner
I’ll start with the positives. The location was safe and in a good neighborhood and the home was easily found. The rooms were as described, and the master bathroom was a great size. I will advise that food/stores are probably 10 mins away.
Now moving on- we were provided two separate set of check in instructions upon booking. I thought it was diligent, but it later turned out to be confusing. The garage access codes on both instructions were incorrect. Further, the key that was available in the key box only unlocked the bottom handle, but not the deadbolt. We were forced to contact the property manager for access to the house.
The home was tidy but not clean. The refrigerator had crumbs and drippings, bathrooms has splatters on the wall and the little towels that existed had stains. I will say that After we complained, we were provided new towels, albeit they weren’t washed or anything. Just removed from the target bag and placed on the shelf. The bag was left on the counter as evidence of purchase.
The crowing irritant was the discovery of no hot water. At first we thought it was a fluke. The on the next morning there was still no hot water. We reached out, only to be told nobody is available until 11am to even respond to concerns. We never heard back that day. I then sent a message the next day, to receive a agitated phone call as if we were the problem. After much ado, we were told “it’s not our fault it’s a city issue” without offer of an alternate solution
Great location. Host is responsive. House is nice.

House was unclean. Place had not been vacuumed, kitchen had sticky stuff from a spill all on the floor, bed linens haven’t been washed, towels un washed, all counter tops and surfaces hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty clothes in one of the guest rooms under the bed. House was a nice place, owner was super nice to deal with. I would book again and give it another shot and it it close to the stadium!
The property is comfortable, affordable, and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. There are plenty of televisions and fast-paced Wi-Fi. We had no complaints.
The location of this house if wonderful for our visit to AT&T stadium for a concert. The house was very spacious. Beds were not the most comfortable and water pressure could be better. But overall enjoyed our stay!
Nice house that had more then enough room for the family. TV in the living room was really small and we couldn’t find a remote for one of the bedrooms. Location was good for our purposes. Nice neighborhood. Water pressure was terrible, so just be prepared for that. Otherwise had a good stay.

Was not happy with the television setup.
When we arrived the front door was standing wide open. Everything in the house was scratched. We took pictures so we would not be charged with any of the damages.
The house overall was wonderful and exactly what we needed for our trip for our daughters dance competition. The kitchen has limited dishes other than plates and glasses and coffee mugs. There is a few pots and 2 small frying pans. However I did ask ahead of time and was prepared. The master bed needs to be replaced - I've had a king bed for years and just recently switched to a platform for exactly the reason I'm saying to replace this one - it sags to the middle. Also the water pressure in the house is very low and it made taking showers slow. The sliding back door does not lock but there was a bar that had been placed to jam the door.
We did enjoy the house and would stay again when we're in the area. The owner was very responsive to my questions and was very clear in her instructions.
Getting in was a bit troubling / annoying. The check-in instructions didn't contain any information on how to enter the property so I had to reach out to the host online. I'll admit, she did respond fairly quickly, but was met with having to search for the lockbox that didn't exist. We ended up getting the codes to the garage and was our primary means of getting in and out throughout the weekend. Below is a host of issues that we faced:- Carpet was old and dirty with stains. In particular, there's a red stain (possibly wine) and a part where it was what seemed burnt.- The carpet and tile felt sticky and moist in some areas.- The main door lock is slightly displaced, almost like the house dealt with a forced entry at some point but was never fixed. Made the girls feel unsafe despite being in a nice neighborhood.- Had to kill a couple of roaches- One bedroom had a picture frame tucked between the box spring and the nightstand.- The beds were pretty brutal. After a long trip I was hoping to get some rest but I had to sleep on the edge of the footing horizontally just to get some form of sleep. I don't typically have back issues but woke up everyday with pains. Our family is pretty easy to please (especially where we come from) so to feel the need to write about our displeasure is merely in hopes that the host fixes some overdue issues or helps others make a decision on whether or not to stay here.
We had a snag getting into the house but eventually got in. The house has the layout we needed. We did not like the beds at all. They either sag in the middle, were worn out, stained or creaked. Also the carpet desperately needs changing. We were afraid to walk barefoot. It’s in a nice neighborhood. I agree with others that said the water pressure and temperature was bad. Overall: 4/5
We stayed for the Aggie game at AT&T stadium. The location was close to the venue. Great layout and space with 5 beds. The property did have a very small TV 32” in a big living room. The refrigerator was a small one without an ice maker and the coffee pot was a 4 cup one. All worked great, but small. Easy check in and out. I would stay there again.
Property was located in a very nice neighborhood in Arlington beautiful home and spacious and was in the perfect location the host Elaine was really nice and accommodating would definitely rent from her again.
