It was great. The owner is very nice we needed a place for our last day due to where we were staying book someone else on the last day i had book their. This gentlemen was nice to let us in eaery to get ready for my son wedding.. Would definetly book this house if i ever come back.

Several issues with this property. Broken/inadequate bed frame in main bedroom made is unusable. En suite bathroom shower door was broken. Towel racks in both bathrooms were broken. Roaches present in living area. Missing basic amenities such as wash cloths and dish towels. Locks on external door weren’t acceptable for rental property. We ended up being locked out and were unable to get assistance. When attempting to find an open window, a single paned-window (original with the house) broke in laundry area. Overall this property needs attention from the management company.

Mediocre at best

There were several minor issues with the property, from poor air conditioning to a light that didn't work, a door knob that broke, and a smoke detector that beeped incessantly. The owner was fairly slow to respond to messages at times and wouldn't allow the air conditioning to be set lower for more than 2 hours at a time. In the dead of a Texas summer, that is very uncomfortable and frustrating, given what you pay for a property of this size. The beds were just ok, not terribly comfortable, and the sheets were very rumpled, leading us to question the cleanliness of them. I also found a box of condoms and tissues in the night stand drawer. I would not rent this property again.
