House was clean, kind of. I'd say it was more tidy than clean. There seemed to be a lot of personal belongings around. The cabinets and drawers are labeled as to what should be inside, but most were either empty or mislabeled. The garage door was open when we went outside the morning of checking out, and none of us opened it, so maybe maintenance or cleaners showed up early, but why? Our vehicles were in the driveway still. Nice neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were cozy.

The host was not reachable. The contact details in the listing were not accurate. The WiFi password was not correct, TV didn't work because it hadn't been updated, coffee container was mostly empty. I contacted Vrbo and they were unable to reach the host. Host finally messaged in the afternoon of the second day. The place was dirty (dust caked on fans, walls visibly dirty), fridge filter needed changing, cockroach in the bathroom, hot water in the master didn't work. Not a good value, but it was spacious and could be a very nice place to stay if a little effort was put into it.
