Large modern kitchen with coffee bar and new appliances. 7 minute walk to DART rail (to downtown Dallas), several downtown Plano restaurants, pubs and Haggard Park. Also, 3 coffee shops and a grocery store within 5 minute walk of house. Super cool area of Plano
