The property is part of a wider complex that had recently experienced a significant fire with a number of the other units in the complex completely gutted and being rebuilt. The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior. When inside the property it was extremely dirty and unclean with significant layers of dust, bugs and grime on many surfaces. There was also an abundance of cobwebs, almost as if the place had not been cleaned in some time. We were afforded a partial refund and then had to seek emergency accommodation at short notice.
