Perfect Stay for a Weekend Getaway

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. The location is close to the Arts District. Wonderful sights and dining options are within walking distance. However, if walking isn't an option there are safe and easy to navigate city transportation options.The host was very helpful and responded quickly to communications.Wonderful City Adventure!

“Our stay was excellent! The views were beautiful and the host was very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the goodies in the fridge and detergent, which made us feel extra welcome. Close to Deep Elum and the state fair. The Tom Thumb was also very convenient it was super close by. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

Location was a great area in the downtown Dallas. The host was extremely friendly and accessible. Responded fast and had no issues throughout my stay there. The apartment building had everything that was listed in description.

Amenities and conveniences abound

This stay was SO perfect! The view is AMAZING and the owner is SO helpful. Everytime I forgot something, it was conveniently provided for me and the house was so perfect for what I needed. Check in process was convenient and timely and the owner went above and beyond. The cherry on top was the bottled water in the fridge already cold for us. Little touches that made this stay by far the best I've ever had.

Beautiful unit! Very clean and a nice open concept! The building itself provided access to amazing amenities like a pool and gym. Right above a Tom Thumb and Starbucks which was very convenient. Great view of the city and a small balcony to enjoy. Host Frederick was very friendly and easy to communicate. Walking distance to amazing BBQ Terry Blacks! Would stay again!

Drove 5 hours. No property access. No response from host. Spent 1.5 hours trying to message host and with VRBO trying to sort situation. VRBO cancelled the rental. We sat parked, in the dark, on a side street. Ended up booking our own hotel accomodations. Highly inconvenient...and the last thing you want to deal with after a day of driving.

It was very convenient having Tom Thumb in the 1st floor and also Fredrick was awesome host. It's walkable from Downtown. Very clean and nicely decorated apartment. I would love to come back again.

This rental was absolutely perfect. My wife and i were extremely surprised by the esthetic of the rental. It was clean, convenient to downtown, had a great view, and most of all SAFE! I cant say in qords how comfortable we were during our sray. Also the communication and accommodations were 5 stars.

HORRIBLE

2 days before my stay the property owner emailed me and said the property was no longer available, and wanted me to cancel. That's not how it works. The property owner is responsible for canceling on his end, so I told him this. He never responded. If I canceled I wouldn't get a refund, and he'd get to keep my money. I think that was his intention. I called VRBO customer service and they confirmed it's his responsibility to cancel. They placed me on hold while they called him. Customer Service came back about 15 minutes later and said they had a "very strange" conversation with the property owner. They told him to cancel on his end. The property owner never canceled on his end, and VRBO had to step in a THIRD TIME to give me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS!!!
