Beautiful 3 bedrooms & 2 full bath in McKinney, just minute away from McKinney Historic Downtown.

It's a beautiful single family brick house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with fireplace and one car garage. 2-3 cars can easily be parked at the driveway. It has high speed internet and TV. Every room had smart TV where you can watch any streaming using your own account.
It's very close to historic McKinney downtown and close to highway 75. Lots of restaurant near by and very safe place to stay. The whole house will be yours.
Each room has one queen bed, where two people can sleep. This is perfect home for 6 people.

Clean. Comfortable. Well priced. Everything we needed for kitchen pans and utensils. Close to the places on our itinerary. Nice city park nearby for the little children in our group.

We did not see any wine vineyard in our area. All of the smoke detector went off daily at 830am. The internet did not work from Thursday thru late Saturday night. My daughter had homework that she was unable to do and submit on time. The house was nice but the alarms and lack of internet was very inconvenient. The host had good communication.

We really enjoyed the property. It was just the right size for use three not to spacious, but bedroom were roomie enough. Neighborhood needs some infrastructure work, but the property was very close to major transportation thoroughfares (interstates, and state roads). All kinds for places to eat within a short drive and even more within 30 minutes. Very centrally located to all the activities we had planned, and the manager provided excellent customer service. We travel and usu bnbs a lot I wish they all were like this.

Exactly as represented

The property was very accurately photographed. It's a quiet neighborhood just over a mile from the historic downtown. The drive downtown takes you past many wonderful old Victorian mansions. The house is very clean and has a good selection of pans and cooking tools. The owner responded promptly to questions and requests.

Great place

My family and I (wife and 3 kids 11, 12, 14) stayed here for 2 weeks due to the hurricane in New Orleans. Overall best experience I could have asked for. The owners were very kind, accommodating, and helpful, the home was very clean and welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Overall this property was exactly as advertised. Was close to family, grocery stores & historic downtown McKinney. We have rented several VRBO homes in different locations & we were disappointed in the cleanliness of this home. The vents were dirty as well as bathrooms & inside cabinets in Kitchen.
