The building and room was clean, the main lobby needs the A/c fixed BAD it was 82 in there the whole time. Aaand the new chicken and waffle daquiris shop next door is trash (no fault on the hotel)

The lobby and elevators were extremely hot. Very uncomfortable trying to eat breakfast or have a drink at the bar. Breakfast foods were subpar. Our room visually looked clean, but there was a strong smell of urine by the couch/ac area as well as in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great along with the staff. The rug in the room should be replaced or just removed, it was dirty.

Hot water and water pressure was not good took 45 min to fill the tub and warn was luke warm / cold
Clean and well furnished. Front desk clerk was courteous and efficient. Mattress was too hard and lumpy. Very uncomfortable.

The location. The food staff were so pleasant n friendly.
The front staff needs to be a little more nicer.

This property had a great breakfast with lots of seating and great choices. The swimming pool was clean and nice indoor pool.

Very nice staff and fantastic breakfast but the water pressure was ridiculously low in the shower! It was agonizing to shower both mornings! Will not stay here again solely for that readon

This is a newer La Quinta so modern finish Ings in room and lobby area. First one of this chain to have a lobby bar that was great. Breakfast as usual very good and staff worked very hard to ensure for your food promptly and restocking coffee, toast etc. definitely recommend staying here if in Dallas/Lewsiville area as also close to freeway, restaurants but not noisy in rooms.

Nice place, breakfast was good, rooms were nice. Great location easy access to the highway, shopping, and dining area. Only thing the parking is limited. But it’s a 10/10 great experience. Will be staying again very soon.
