The room was clean and a good size for our stay. The staff was helpful and able to answer questions about the area and the hotel amenities. It was a very enjoyable stay.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (427 reviews)
The property’s location was excellent!!! It is right in the Haymarket, but the flat itself is nice and quiet. It really made our entire stay in Edinburgh to have such lovely accommodation. If we do come back— this is where we will be staying, anything else would be a disappointment.

The room was clean and warm with a nice bathroom we had 3 beds in one room with ample space. The greeting by staff was very nice and helpfull with our touristy questions.
A big Thankyou to Scot the manager who filled in with the history of the hotel.
The breakfast was well presented with a great choice of breakfast foods.
We will definitely refer our friends to your hotel in Edinburgh it is a great location.
