"I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nick and Raquel are the kind of hosts who make you feel less like a guest in a hotel and more like you’re staying with family. There is a real sense of care and warmth here that you simply don’t find very often. Unfortunately, on my last night I went out for food and ended up with serious food poisoning. I was meant to travel to the airport at 5am but was in absolutely no state to do so. Nick and Raquel went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. They provided me with medicine, regularly checked in on me, and made sure I was comfortable while I recovered. They also allowed me to check out at around 10pm the following day completely free of charge so I could properly rest, and even covered half the cost of my taxi so I didn’t have to pay the full fare. That level of kindness and generosity is something you simply don’t expect, but it meant the world to me at the time. If you’re looking for a place in Moalboal that feels personal, caring, and genuinely special, this is it. It’s not just somewhere to sleep — it’s a place where the hosts truly look after you. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone without hesitation."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon truly special and were so accommodating in every way. Since many of our tours started early, they arranged takeaway breakfasts for us, which was a huge help. We stayed in the pool villa, which was amazing, peaceful, away from the crowds, and the 'floating delight' breakfast was a highlight! The bathroom and shower were incredible: very spacious with great water pressure. We also enjoyed strolling along the bamboo walk to the bar, which doubled as a great running path. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced as well. While the hotel is about a 12-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center, we actually valued being on the outskirts of the chaos of Alona Beach. Coming back to such peace and quiet was exactly what we needed, especially while dealing with jet lag. This was truly a little slice of paradise; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would love to stay again!""
