"Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub in der Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls gut, Toaster und Kapselmaschine waren in der Küche vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und man konnte sich nach dem Skifahren gut aufwärmen, sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Dusche waren schön warm. "Die Unterkunft liegt super, auch mit dem Bus gelangt man ins Skigebiet, die Haltestelle ist 100m oberhalb des Hauses gelegen. Direkt am Haus ist es auch möglich, bei genügend Schnee, Schlitten zu fahren. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas versteckt direkt von der Straße, die gut befahren ist, zu erreichen, die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sind durch eine Schranke gesichert u. für das Appartement nicht nutzbar. "Staff at reception great and super helpful. I was in a room that hadn’t been renovated for quite a while but everything was clean. Old school power sockets and not enough of them and no black out blinds or curtains. Super friendly and clean but simple and my room in need of renovation. I’d still stay there again as it’s such a great location and cost effective as well as a lovely lady on reception who couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you! "

"There is no check in counter / only self-check in for this hotel (similar to other listings where it explicitly states this fact). The rooms are nice and pretty generous, the vending machines are well stocked, the cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is very well equipped. Unfortunately, the WiFi when I was there was not worth the aggravation. For a business hotel, that is clearly an issue."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
