To begin with among arriving to the airport we were offered a ride from airport to the hotel for a a fair price for 2. Contact the hotel and they will respond fast! We were greeted once we arrived by staff, I can’t describe how friendly and helpful they were! KARLOS explained everything and gave us our all inclusive bracelet! "It’s not my first time there and won’t be the last. Ibis combines the relaxation and action as you can enjoy a nice beach colored with kite and windsurfing n also very near to the city center. The staff is helping and welcoming. I was given an upgrade to a sea view which made my day."
