I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

Staff very friendly and helpful. An abundance of staff everywhere you look, which was great to see. Room and hotel were spotless. Had one issue where we told the cleaner we didn’t need our room cleaned on the morning and had the do not disturb sign on the door and it got cleaned anyway. We raised it and it was dealt with and no further issues. Family - friendly. Although no obvious stand out children items. They have a kids club area with play equipment and a shallow pool which is convenient, magic world staff enthusiastic and put on good dances throughout the day to entertain and food is a good array for every type of eater. Always stocked full of food. Never had items empty. Room was slightly in need of a bit of love. Door handles coming loose and screws falling out. Overall a great hotel just needing a bit of love and update. If you’re looking for a holiday where you can stay in the resort. Definitely worth visiting. It’s beautiful! If you want to explore the town and surrounding areas, I’d suggest elsewhere as Sharm el Sheik is going through major referb and has alot of building work everywhere and getting from area to area is only accessible by taxi. Which can end up costing a lot.
