"Front desk and the ladies handling breakfast were tremendous, friendly and helpful. Pretty serious glitch with housekeeping. Bare minimum effort for twelve days, even when we left for four days they didn't bother to clean at all. Ran out of toilet paper and towels several times and a promised real clean (first effort) was better and rated a poor. I understand staffing issues but only two days before leaving did a reasonable job get done. We were there thee weeks."

"The room was not huge but it was perfectly designed, with a sitting area, cozy bed niche, and balcony. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times. The real treat however was the restaurant — upscale but well worth it, with excellent service and a menu tailored to entertain as well as satisfy. Again, the staff were perfect: friendly, efficient, thoughtful. The location, across from a tram/train hub, is probably the best aspect. Airport in 20 minutes!"
