"The property was just what we were looking for during OU/TX and the listing was accurate. We were looking for a place to sleep/get ready/eat in between activities that wasn’t too far from any place we wanted to go for OU/TX. Everywhere we went for OU/TX activities was a 15-30-minute drive, but that was expected. It was decorated quite simply, but again, we knew what we were booking, and it matched what we wanted. The only negative was that we did see a few bugs in the kitchen, but overall, the cleanliness was good and that’s hard to avoid at times. "

"I did not expect much for the price and last minute. However I feel clean is a minimum requirement. But entire bathroom was filthy with hair from someone else everywhere. Drains made entire room smell like sewer. And I’m not sure what but something bit me all night because and I brought my own sheets Only stay if desperate. "

"My family and I enjoyed this nice cozy house. The host was very quick with his response when he was needed. Safe and quiet neighborhood. If you have little ones the “tree house” is a nice add on, so cute. overall the house is a great place for a family to stay. "
