Quiet Cove Paradise 30 min to Auburn. Hot tub, Massive Dock and Sunset views.

Starting with the water...we are situated in a large quiet cove (no close boat traffic) with expansive waterfront views all to be enjoyed from the massive dock which includes two swings, bluetooth speaker, green egg station plus water toys. The walk up to the house is easy with only 10 steps to the bottom floor. The lakeside first floor includes a large porch with hot tub, dinner seating for ten and an S&S fire pit. The internal bottom floor includes a large den with 65" television, dart board, eating bar, ice maker and fridge, two bedrooms, 1 full bath and laundry. The main floor accessible directly from the parking area, has a back and front porch. The front porch is covered with incredible views of the lake sunsets, has casual seating for 10+ people, dinner seating for 6, two big ass fans and a green egg station. The first floor (main) includes a second large den with 65" TV, fire place, big ass fan, casual seating for 7, eating bar plus modern kitchen appointments featuring all pine cabinets creating a rustic cabin feel plus a cool half bath with farm sink. The master suite is on the main level with large windows overlooking the lake, has a large en suite with separate tile shower plus 6' freestanding cast iron tub. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath lake front house in Dadeville at Lake Martin is perfect for Auburn home games, holidays, or anytime! This home would be perfect for a family gathering. Located approximately 35 mins from Jordan-Hare stadium. The bonus is our property was once situated on major Creek Indian thoroughfare marked by several 150-170 year old trail trees.
