"I really can’t say enough good things about our stay at this Lakefront townhouse.The first 2 days we only left for dinner….we soaked in the view while relaxing on the patio & waterside swing. Also tried our luck at fishing from the dock while watching beautiful sunsets. Loved the comfortable living room furniture & big screen TV for an evening movie.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need.. to include a drip coffee pot, as well as a Keurig. Nick was great great with his timely response and helpful suggestions on restaurants and things to do.We are already looking forward to a return visit"

"Unfortunately there was no air conditioning for our first night and the next day. They did get a new air conditioner installed by 4:30 the following day. I did receive a refund for this day. There were several things that did not work (the fire alarm had no batteries or cover, the bathroom sink stopped up each time it was used, the curtain rod broke the first time we opened the curtains in the bedroom. I shared all of this with the property manager so just be sure the items are repaired before you go. Also, there was only one roll of toilet tissue for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Maybe take some supplies with you."

"I was extremely disappointed. This property is not accurately represented in the listing. There is 100 feet of lake front to the left, but to the right the view is just ugly land with a property that needs to be condemned. The furniture in the home was not as shown ... the listing showed a leather recliner in the living room ... we had two plastic, uncomfortable chairs. If the bed in the "master" is a queen, it is the smallest I've ever seen. There is one small closet in the house with no dressers, so we lived out of our suitcase for 5 days. The one bedside table did have two drawers, both of which had clothing in them already. Our first night there we planned to cook steak on the grill, but there was only one steak knife for 4 people. We ran out and got some and then realized that there were zero glasses in the house, so we drank our wine with our steak out of solo cups. Not sure what was going on with the fireplace, which had a piece of wood stuck in front of it ... we were afraid to look. Every VRBO I've stayed at (over 20) has left a notepad and pen of some sort, but not here. There were also no instructions at all on how to operate the televisions, which were pretty much only useable if you log in to your own personal services. The pictures showed three nice adirondack chairs down by the water .. we only saw two cheap chairs that were too filthy to sit on. This was definitely false advertising in our opinions."

"Great house! Kitchen was truly well stocked as they stated which was important to us! Beautifully furnished, wonderful amenities upstairs and downstairs. Lake location is great, convenient to a few stores for last minute needs. "
