This renovated home is decorated beautifully and ready to be your next vacation spot. Inside you will find a formal dining room, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and breakfast area, and a kitchen with regular and Keurig coffee makers. The screened-in back porch and deck are perfect for use of the gas grill, and overlook a beautiful backyard, many feet of waterfront, and a private boat dock available for your use! The home is in a quiet slough with mostly full-time residents and a neighborhood quiet time of 10 pm. The property is a 35 minute drive to Auburn. Please note that there are many stairs leading down to the water. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Exterior cameras are in place for security purposes.
