Perfect spot for a poolside lake view getaway!

Such a relaxing spot for our family, the pool is right there and so convenient for our kids to play. The sunset view over the lake from the porch just perfect. Really recommend this place!

Mini-honeymoon

We were looking for a spacious location where we could relax and enjoy peace and quiet and have some quality alone time, me and my new bride…there were excellent restaurants nearby and everything was perfect…the scenery, the accommodations and the atmosphere was delightful…we will definitely be back and the prices was very affordable…thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The condo was the perfect location for our golf week. The pool, grill and Lake Martin were right outside our patio door. We enjoyed our time there!

Perfect Location

The condo was right on Lake Martin. It was clean and comfortable and had wonderful amenities right out the door. We had beautiful sunsets we enjoyed each night sitting on our lakeside and poolside patio. We would certainly stay there again.

Great Location and Beautiful View

We were in town for house-hunting and the condo was centrally located and easy to find. It was very quiet and a nice respite from a busy world. Great local restaurants and nice people. It's located within Still Waters and we saw deer on the drive in and on morning walks. The condo was as pictured and we met friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the time there!

Great Stay & Property!

We couldn't have asked for a better location! This first-floor property allowed us to step right out to the pool and the water. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and the private beach, and it was incredibly convenient to dock our boat just outside the condo. The boat ramp and trailer storage were easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The space was perfect for our group of four, but it could comfortably accommodate six. The owner was very communicative and offered helpful assistance with our questions about the boat and the property. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we highly recommend it!

Lake Martin Golf Trip

October is a great time to use this unit. The complex was quiet. This was an excellent midway point as we were playing golf at Grand National and Capital Hill. The unit has everything you could need. Very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again if we are in the area. The property managers were great. We recommend this property.

Our Favorite Location!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation last year so much that we decided to book it again for this year! We love the convenience of walking out the door and being steps to the pool, beach area, and grilling area. The paddleboads and kayaks are a huge hit for all ages. We always bring our personal boat with us, so the designated boat slip at the pier is perfect. We enjoyed the quick drive to Oscars and Niffers. Also, a short boat ride to Chucks is a must for Pizza. The sunsets are so amazing at this location… As you can probably tell, we all had so much fun, we didn’t want to leave! We look forward to booking again for next year!

The best amenities!

We traveled with several couples that rented multiple units in this complex for a last minute get away. The property was perfect for our needs. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils we used to cook several dinners. Nick and his father Frank, the property managers and were great! Nick was quick to answer any questions we had and Frank helped us with a boat rental and gave us suggestions on places to go. The building has a pool that was heated (great for evening swims!) and was directly outside our patio door which was great! We built a bonfire on the beach one night and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

We love Sunset Point! So much to do for ALL ages! Beautiful property and so family oriented. Never loud or rowdy groups! This is our third summer and we will definitely be back for #4 next year!
