"Location is great. Rooms are good size. We had a small window and carpet old so bring slippers. Staff tidy up, clean br, new towels daily, and take out trash daily. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit daily... try the purple sprouts!"

The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. There's a real sense of history and elegance throughout the property. For the level of comfort and service provided, we felt the price was more than fair. "As family of 4, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is not modern but has all the stuff we need. Our family room is big and has 1 king and 2 twins beds. The breakfast has many options, location is great, closed to the Linjiangjie night market. Everyone there is trying their best to help and our room is always clean and refreshed. Also, our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool very much, they also tried the kids activities at 9 floor, did the slime club also. Overall, we had a great stay. "
