"If you do not like a hot hotel room, stay away from this resort. The management would not let me control the cooling in my room. The lowest was 19 Celsius. which is 66. However that was not the temp in the room as it was 95 fahrenheit outside so the room was a constant 74 degrees or warmer in there. I called multiple time and had maintenance show up and they would not adjust the thermostat. I called Expedia and complained and they called as well and they could not get management to adjust the thermostat. In the end, SUPER BUMMED I chose this place. I asked for a refund so I could choose another resort and they would not refund any money at all. So I was stuck there. Room cleaning was inconsistent as well. They would show up sometimes at 815am which we were still sleeping. Then at 9pm at night they were knocking on the door to deliver towels which should have been taken care of at the cleaning of the room which did not happen daily. A lousy experience and I will never stay at that Sheraton ever again."
"Location is right across from the beach, but they have no area for beach chairs designated for them. They have two great pools but there is never going to be enough chairs to lounge on and most of the loungers are out in the full sun. The lights are far too bright up by the pool bar. The music they play is lovely but they don't do anything when guests decide to play their own - through either their phones or even a speaker. In fact this was my big complaint about the property. I booked wanted an upscale quiet place to relax and there were constantly people playing music or watching videos on their phones in common areas. And staff would do nothign to ask other guests to not interfere. Also, the view from the rooms are amazing but this is in a VERY noisy area at night. They supply ear plugs but in no way is it enough."
"One of the most amazing hotels we ever stayed at, with a beautiful beach.
We received a room upgrade for a Lagoon pool view room, which felt like an oasis in the jungle, with beautiful views.
The room itself was beautifuly decorated, very large with a great bathroom and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy.
The main pool had incredible views.
Breakfast was nice, with lots of options.
Would return in a hear beat."
"Amazing stay at Peninsula Hotel Danang
My stay at the Peninsula Hotel Danang was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team was professional, kind, and helpful. The gentlemen at the door were always respectful and attentive, and the facility manager clearly takes great pride in making sure guests have a wonderful experience.
Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping everything clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, relaxing, and a perfect place to enjoy my time in Vietnam.
Overall, this was a truly great experience, and I highly recommend Peninsula Hotel Danang to anyone visiting Da Nang. I would definitely stay here again."
"Even tho we did have a few issues the staff were willing and able to resolve them , awesome breakfast , lovely pool , great view from the pool , great location ."
"Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet.
The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance.
Breakfast was included and while I was not aware it was when I did my booking I'm glad it was. It allowed us to enjoy Vietnamese Food as well as Korean and typical continental breakfast. I would definitively recommend booking the breakfast.
We enjoyed private massages Bamboo, Swedish and Hot Stones.
As far as transportation, we book a private driver for some of our excursions and used the Grab App for the rest. It was very inexpensive.
The Resort had a chauffeur taking us back to the Airport.
We would definitively go back there if the occasion arise."
