호이안과 다낭시내 중간에 위치해 장단점이 있으나 불편한 점은 없었음. 바로 앞에 공사장이 있는데 방음이 잘 되어 있어 소음으로 인한 피해는 없음. 전용 수영장이 있어 아이들이 좋아하고 그랩 배달K로 음식배달 가능. 전체적으로 냉방시설 훌륭하고 직원들 친절도도 만족함. 추후 재방문 의사 있음

부모님,누나,우리 네식구 총 7명이 다녀왔는데 조용하게 가족여행하기에 최고였다 다낭,호이안 중간쯤에 있어서 왔다갔다 하기 좋았고 큰 수영장은 없었지만 바로 맞은편에 쉐라톤 리조트에 인당2만원 지불하면 락커룸 포함 수영장,해변을 이용할수 있었고 정문에서 나와서 왼쪽으로 조금만(2분?) 걸어가면 진짜 로컬 카페,식당,수퍼가 있어서 진정한 베트남 문화(한국인 관광객들은 거의 안가는듯)를 체험할수 있었다. 리조트 직원분들도 친절하고 불편함 없이 머무르게 잘 도와줘서 처음으로 한 온가족 해외여행을 만족하게 할수있었다 직접가서 조식을 먹어야하는 다른곳 하곤 다르게 쉐프님이 직접 오셔서 요리를 해주니 특별한 대접을 받은다는 느낌도 받았다 다낭숙소를 여러군데 다녀봤는데 개인적으로 부모님을 모시고 다시 간다면 여기나 바로앞 디오션빌라가 최고일듯

가족 여행이라 조용하고 아늑한 숙소 찾았는데 최고입니다. 위치는 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있어요. 에어컨 작동도 엄청 잘 됐고 직원 분들 다 친절하셨습니다. 체크인 며칠 전 카카오 단톡방으로 초대가 돼요. 그 전까지 연락이 없어서 불안했습니다만... 아침식사도 시간 설정하고 양식 한식 베트남식 중에서 골라서 먹었습니다. 먹고 나서도 치워주시고요. 방마다 화장실 있는 점도 좋고. 풀빌라 이용객들만 안에 들어올 수 있어서 외부인들 걱정하지 않아도 되어서 좋았어요. 다만 풀빌라 근처에 식당 같은 것이 없어서 미리 사오시거나 롯데마트에서 배송요청하면 문 앞까지 배달해줍니다. 다시 베트남 와도 여기 선택할 것 같아요. 추천입니다!!!

It was a nice stay. Staff and buttlers were kind. A little a way from the downtown. We needeed to hire a taxi. It takes 15~20 min.

It's great!!

It was so nice without humidity or smell. The interior and the pool were great, especially the kids loved it. I was interested in watching Korea Broadcasting System easily, and the 3 cooks of breakfast were so kind.

25호에 머물렀습니다. 2층에 3개의 방이 있는데 방마다 화장실이 있지만 두개의 방 화장실 세면대가 사용후 물이 잘 안빠짐 샤워실 또한 물이 잘 안빠져서 고여있는 상태로 씻어야하고 화장실 문 열어두면 냄새도 났어요 심지어 룸 벽쪽에서 물이 생기더니 흐르더라구요 줄줄 흐르는건 아니였지만 아이랑 쓰기에 찝찝했어요 주변에 저녁 먹을만한 곳이 없지만 배달 책자가 있어요 숙소가기전에 장을 봐가던지 배달 시키면 금방 오더라구요 음식,마트 배달 됩니다. 저녁에 돼지고기 바베큐 주문해서 먹었는데 질기고 특유 향 때문에 아이들이 먹지않아 버렸어요 수영장 사이즈는 취학전 아이들에게 좋을정도입니다 아이들이 초3,4학년이였는데 팔 몇번 저으면 턴을 해야해서 아쉬웠했어요 거실에 쇼파랑 큰식탁 편하게 이용했습니다 의자를 꺼낼때마다 의자 끄는 소리가 심하게 나요ㅋㅋ 조식은 조리 해와서 전자렌지로 데워서 차려줍니다 한식도 괜찮았구요 설거지는 두면 와서 하시더라구요 수영후 샤워를 1층에서 하지 못하고 2층 올라가서 해야해요

생각보다 너무 편하고 친절했던 포인트빌라. 한적하고 쉬기 좋음.

다른곳보다 저렴해서 예약했는데 생각했던것보다 정말 만족. 후기가 많이없고, 어떻게 이용해야하는지 설명이 없어서 걱정했는데 전부 카톡으로 대화가능하고 설명해줘서 걱정할 필요가 없었음. 다들 너무 친절함. 영어 못한다고 망설이지말고 파파고 사용바람. 숙박 1일전에 예약자의 카톡으로 연락이와서 체크인 언제할지 어떻게 찾아와야하는지 물어봄. 그래서 저녁 11시쯤 체크인한다고하니, 10시갖넘으면 늦은시간이라 문 열어놓고 불켜놓고 빌라키는 방안에두니 일단 쉬고 다음날 아침 원하는 시간에 찾아온다고함. 경비가 있어서 걱정 안해도 됨. 정말 친절하고 편하다. 로비같은게 없어서 걱정했는데 그냥 카톡만 있으면되니까 의사소통 하기에 다른호텔들보다 편했다. 체크아웃도 원하는시간에 찾아와서 해줌. 보증금은 100만동이고, 미니바는 작은물빼고 돈내야하는데 안비쌈. 빌라내 풀장말고 오션빌라의 메인풀장과 비치는 걸어서 13분정도 걸리고 카톡으로 택시 불러달라고하면 택시가 태워다준다. 하루 왕복 1회만 공짜. 일단 가는데 3만동 오는데 3만동 준비해야함. 그런데 걸어댕길만함.(해가 안뜨거운 12월기준) 미리 지불한 택시비는 체크아웃할때 돌려줌. 풀장 사람없고, 있어도 다 한국인이고, 안전요원있고 구명조끼 빌려주는데 수건은 안줌. 비치가 이쁜데 바다가 파도가 미쳤음. 들어가지 않는걸 추천. 풀장 이용바람ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조식은 미리미리 전날 일찍 카톡으로 신청하는걸 추천. 늦으면 못먹음. 1인당 10불이고, 두명이 와서 빌라에 직접 차려준다. 뷔페를 못먹는건 아쉽지만 너무 편하고 좋았다. 한식 베트남식 양식중 선택이고, 과일 주스 커피까지 준비해줌. 하지만 빌라에서 못시켜먹어도 그랩푸드 앱으로 시키면 아침부터 야식까지 빌라앞까지 배달 가능하니 그랩푸드도 추천한다. 물론 마트에서 뭐 사와서 해먹기도 좋다. 식기, 주방도구, 냄비, 인덕션, 싱크대, 냉장고까지 완벽해서 먹을거 걱정은 없음. 빌라는 1층은 거실, 주방, 풀장, 화장실이있고 2층에 방세개 욕실 3개가 있어서 여러가족이 가기에 너무 편하다. 에어컨빵빵하고 수건은 모자란듯 싶어서 카톡으로 주문했고, 온수는 안나오는편ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 베트남 특유의 수돗물냄새가 나는데 그건 어쩔수 없는듯. 아침마다 청소도 잘해주고 설거지도 해주고 매우 친절함. 구글에 꼭 포인트빌라를 검색해야함. 베이케이션 어쩌구는 왜 써놨는지 모르겠다. 네이버에 후기 없다고 고민하지말고 한적하게 싼가격에 즐기고 올 수 있어서 추천. 호텔이나 리조트 시설이나 시스템이 편하다면 포인트빌라는 살짝 부족할수 있지만 그런게 아니라면 정말 가성비최고. 물론 렌트카 빌렸거나 택시불러야 편한곳이다. 시내랑 호이안의 딱 중간이니칸. 주변에 편의점 없음.

코리아 스타일 조식. 김치볶음밥, 계란후라이, 참치샐러드, 군만두, 김치찌개, 흰밥, 과일, 생과일주스, 쓰어다커피 구성. 생각보다 먹을만함
택시타고가는 메인풀장. 오션빌라 내에 있음. 걸어서 13분정도. 여유있음 걷는게 더 편함.
풀장 맞은편은 비치. 잔디밭과 파라솔 다 있고 안전요원도 있음. 그런데 바다는 파도가 3미터는 될듯 무셔

넘 친절한 직원들과 예쁜 빌라!

5인가족 빌라3 이용했어요! 베트남에 11시에 도착해서 체크인때문에 걱정했더니 미리 숙소에 들어가서 쉴 수 있도록 도와주셨어요^^* 문을 열고 들어가자마자 수영장이 보이는 뷰와 깔끔한 숙소에 감탄했네요! 숙소 담당해주시는 분들도 너무 친절하셨습니다! 하지만 몇가지 아쉬운점이 있었는데 첫날 있던 수건들이 조금 더러웠고 곳곳에 쌓인 먼지들, 그리고 침대가 좀 눅눅했건점 ㅠㅠ 수건은 말씀드렸더니 바로 교체해주셨어요! 풀빌라만 찾고있었는데 다른 풀빌라들보다 저렴한 가격에 예쁜 리조트에서 좋은 추억 많이 쌓고 갑니다^^* 추천드려용!!

8명 쓰기에 너무좋아요 욕실3개 변기4개 조리기구 다 구비되어있구요 무엇보다 조식을 직접와서 차려주네요 (메뉴는 양식 한식 베트남식 선택할수있어요 3개 먹어봤는데..샐러드나 과일 디저트, 비슷한메뉴가 중복되는것은 아쉬웠어요) 청소는 겉은 깔끔한것처럼 보였지만 침대시트위에 전날 제 머리카락이 그대로 있더군요 3일 머물렀는데...시트는 갈지않고 정리만한것 같아요ㅜㅜ

나홀로 여행~!!

함께 가기로 한 여행..계획이 변경되어 혼자 여행 이었지만 스텝 및 매니저분들의 새심한 배려..넘 굿 혼자가도 걱정 없이 쉬었다 올수 있었습니다 룸들도 깨끗하고 숙소가 너무 편해서 가족끼리 여행에 최적화 인거 같아요, , 담에는 꼭 가족과 함께 다시 들린 것 같습니다.

1.위치,장소,시설,청결,친절도 매우 만족합니다. -원래 튜브가 없는데 무료대여 가능여부 문의하니 구해다 주실 정도로 성심성의껏 응대해 주십니다. 2.세탁기, 건조기, 세제, 빨래건조대, 주방집기(전자렌지, 커피포트등) 완벽 구비 3.룸별로 사용 가능한 풀장의 규모가 매우 만족스럽습니다.(대신 아이들은 튜브가 꼭 필요합니다) 4.식사는 양도 매우 넉넉하고 아침마다 주는 쓰어다 커피도 중독성이 있는 맛이예요. 5.종합적인 만족도로 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다. 6.단 구글지도와 호텔에서 제공해주는 주소와 실제 위치가 상이하여 렌트카 기사님이 고생을 많이 하셨습니다. 혹시 베이케이션 숙소로 가시는 분들은 꼭 "포인트 빌라"라고 기사님께 말씀하셔야 합니다.^^

가성비 좋은 풀 빌라

조용하고 가족이 보내기 좋은 빌라입니다. 직원이 친절하고, 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다만, 제일 작은 방 TV 서랍장이 계속 열려서 불편했습니다. 한번은 허벅지를 찧었습니다. 그리고 침대가 삐걱 거려서 신경 쓰였습니다. 그러나, 전체 적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 이용할 의향이 있습니다

가족여행으로 다녀왔어요

아이4명 어른5명 이용했어요~빌라 청결하고 조식도 와서 차려주셔서 너무 편하고 좋았어요~ 다만 주변에 아무것도 없어서 꼭 마트에서 먹을꺼 다 쟁여놔야해요~ㅋㅋ 아이들 물놀이도 신나게 하고 잘 놀다 왔네요 참고로 방이 다 이층에 있어서 아이가 많이 어리면 계단이 좀 불편할 수는 있어요~담에 또 오고싶네요~감사합니다!!

풀빌라 가격 이정도면 good...

성인 8명 소아3명이 3일간 이용했습니다. 2층에 있는 침실은 큰거 1. 중간 2. 작은것 1 1층은 거실. 공용 화장실. 주방. 세탁실. 침구류 매일 아주 깨끗한 상태여서 좋았고, 매니져와 카톡으로 즉시 소통하여서 호텔 서비스 못지 않았습니다. 내부에 주방 조리기구 있어서 현지 음식에 예민한 일행은 직접 밥을 해 먹고 요리도 할수 있어서 좋았네요. 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 수영복 관리가 쉬웠어요. 수영장은 깊이 1.5미터 정도로 애들은 튜브가 필요하고 너비는 크지 않아도 깊어서 다양한 물놀이가 됩니다. 오션 빌라의 야외 수영장은 반나절 놀기에 부족함이 없습니다. 다만 수건을 가져가야해요. 11명이어서 나가는게 힘들어 하루는 저녁 바베큐 주문했는데 새우와 양갈비 돼지갈비는 좋았고. 나머지도 나쁘진 않았어요. 숙소 이름이 The point villas. 이니까 꼭 유념하시길. 다시 다낭을 간대도 여기를 이용할것 같아요. 저렴하고 골프장 뷰도 나쁘지않고. 친절한 매니져와의 소통이 좋았어요~
