The place is spacious, clean, good Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, kettle, some basic kitchenwares, tv, strong air conditioner, washer is a plus. Close to the airport (3 km). Short distances to different places. There's also an elevator, which is very important to move heavy stuffs. Quick check in and out. The owner even didn't checkfor any consumed stuffs in the room. Price extremely reasonable. Strong water pressure. The only thing I don't like is that the sink and the shower are next to each other in the same side of the glass wall that separates them from the toilet. One more thing that is good is that there's a Bbq restaurant on the side of the street serves lunch in a nice place with air conditioner that I cannot eat without it in a hot summer in Danang.

Stayed 4 days, great abouts washing machine 👌. But boong boong bells ringing from 4am early morning and 5pm, an other rooster 🐓 2 o'clock till afternoon (every 3,4 hours separated).
The kitchen unavailable for cook anything, just boiling hot water.
