My stay was excellent. Good location. Good price. Good service. Book your stay in DaNang at Sen Boutique. Walk to anywhere along the beach. $2-3 Grab to the rest of the city.

2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to 100 bars and restaurants. Price is excellent for the condition of the room and the service provided. I booked for a month, and now extending another month.

The staff were so helpful and kind. Our accommodation was amazingly big and perfect for our family to spread out. The sauna in our room was fantastic. Close to the beach and in a quiet yet convenient side street. Great value for what we received!

The hotel itself was okay, I thought I booked a room with a desk but apparently not. They were helpful, showed me another room I could move to but the view was air conditioning of the next building and the cleaners said they were noisy in the evenings so decided to stay out. I only tried the breakfast once, they were okay as a free extra. They were nice

The doors have to be slammed the elevator was broken the spa isn’t apart of the hotel building like shown in the picture when we asked they said “no spa no pool “ so it didn’t meet expectations, also no hot water ! House keeping was good they always were up to date and gave new bedding and towels when needed location is ideal near by everything but kinda loud at night with karooke bars

Ok for a quick stay

Old and dated nothing like in the photos. The lady said I got an upgrade. Don’t wanna know what the lower version of the room looks like. Construction works staring at 6am next door . Overall clean but ans in the room

A good 80% rating

Apartment needs some maintenance, but in sum everything was working ok, even the en-suite jacuzzi and sauna. What they do let of is an extra bathroom/toilet as the entire unit only has one bathroom that is together with the WC.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I perhaps leave a negative review every year or two, but Sen Boutique Hotel was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. This is mostly down to the cleaner. This is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed in. Immediately upon arrival, there were ants on the counter and dishes quickly washed but not put away. The lamps hadn't been dusted in years; the blinds are disgusting; the top of the fridge hadn't been cleaned in probably years. I quite literally went to bed and there were ants in the bed. I woke up and would have to brush them off me. When, on the second day, I mentioned it to the cleaner, she had the audacity to say I should shower more. The place was disgustingly dirty. The room was dark with some of the lights not working. The furniture is extremely old. Both the bar and cafe are closed, though this is not mentioned on their website. The owner did kindly bring me a frying pan when I mentioned the lack of pans, but what truly lets this place down is an extremely lazy cleaner who is not cleaning the rooms properly. The room was disgusting. The worst experience I have had staying in a hotel in years.

다낭의 가성비 최고의 호텔. 근처에 맛집이 많음. 해변이 가까이 있어서 키는 프론트에 맞기고 수영복만 입고 해변가기 편함. 한국돈 3000원에 맛있는 쌀국수가 포함된 조식.

나 홀로 여행 가성비 짱

작은 호텔이라서 불편한 점도 있지만 편안하고 누구의 방해도 받지 않고 좋았다. 무엇보다도 가격적으로 가성비가 좋고, 하국 식당들이 걸어서 5분거리에 모든것을 해결해 주니 너무 좋았다. 해변도 걸어서 2분 거리라 좋았다. 조식을 먹지 않았는데, 근처에 대형 빵집과 좋은 커피숖이 있다. 아침 6시에 오픈하는 빵집이라 5천원이면 파이와 커피한잔... 분위기가 좋다

좋은 위치에 숙소

미케 비치랑도 정말가깝고 택시를 불러서 이동을 하기에도 최적에 위치에 있지만 룸컨디션은 별로입니다. 눅눅한 침구류와 지저분한 바닥과 베란다에는 담배꽁초도 있어여, 바선생들과 같이 방을 나눠쓰시길 원하지 않는다면 조금더 지불하고 다른 숙소로 예약하는것을 추천합니다. 하지만 직원들은 정말 친절하고, 우리를 도와주기 위해서 최선을 다하는것을 느낄수 있었습니다.

One english speaking guy was very nice and helpful, he showed us the beauty of mixing passion fruit with yogurt! Receptionists could’ve been more helpful. We arrived around 9 AM and had to walk around till 2 pm to check in- an experience that never happened in other (empty due to coronavirus) hotels!
