I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious and kept very clean. The pool was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is an awesome hotel which led to an wonderful stay for us. The location is very close to old town and night market. The staff were extremely at best with their customer service. Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and outstanding service. Our VIP access was recognized from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful. I do however have two major concerns regarding the hotel. The first is that they advertised a free beach shuttle. This however is not available and should be removed from the listing as it played a factor in me choosing the hotel while denying their customers the service. The second concern is regarding the free bike rentals in that they are not safe to ride and someone that is not knowledgeable or experienced with bikes may get seriously hurt. The hotel makes you sign a waiver that if something happens to one of their bikes, that the customer is on the hook for over $100. The bikes however are in poor repair. Four of the bikes I tried did not have working breaks. I offered to show the employees how to fix these but they are not provided the tools necessary to maintain the bikes. Two of the four that I tried had flat tires. They do not have a pump at the hotel. Lastly, most of them looked like the bike chains had never been oiled. The result of this will be that a customer will take the bike out and get stranded when the chain breaks which by the look of their condition. Overall, it's unfortunate that the hotel cut corners on the amenities and that for this reason, I dont feel it lives up to it's 4 star billing. The reception and building staff were excellent. The flaws in the hotel are from a hotel management level not delivering what they advertise.

Great eco friendly hotel. Great friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Pool and breakfast great. Close enough to main town but far enough to drown out noise.

The perfect hotel stay. Everything was just perfect, a beautiful place with a top level customer service. As part of the VIP Access they upgraded my room (a huge beautiful one), late checkout and an overall amazing treatment. The location of the hotel is just right, 5-10 minutes walk from the busy area, but somehow very quiet. I recommend to stay in this hotel to everybody, you really cannot go wrong.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Ancient town and old town. The staff was very helpful and very Mi e. I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the suite overlooking the pool. The windows block out any noise and the room was comfortable and clean. Condition of the room is OK but could be improved much better. Overall stay was great, staff were friendly and breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town.

Don't stay if you want peace and quiet.
A decent hotel but our stay was ruined due to lots of undisciplined children screaming constantly. One morning at 5.30am the pool was full of them going beserk. The staff couldn't have cared less and did nothing to stop the noise. The pool area was too small and always in the shade. There was constant noise from people moving furniture above us. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We completely loved our 2 night stay at this hotel. We arrived early and despite this, we were checked in early, allowing us extra time in the beautiful pool on an extremely hot day. We really appreciated the peaceful environment. The buffet breakfast was lovely with an egg and noodle station. The happy hour afternoon dtinks by the pool were nice. The staff were welcoming, gracious and professional and offeted good advoce about local shopping, tips and traps. Our deluxe twin room on the 4th floor was spacious, quiet and nicely appointed with a large bathroom and great rainshower opening onto the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely hotel!
Such a lovely hotel! Perfect location close to the ancient town, lovely big room, great swimming pool and breakfast buffet. We also made the most of the free bicycles and cycled down to the beach (approx. 4km away). The staff were so helpful and it was just perfect for our time in Hoi An.

SG review: we like it that its pretty convenient within 7 min walk to the old town and that the hotel outside is pretty quiet. Compare to our Hue hotel at the same price... this place is disappointing. The building is old, the interior of the room is small and seriously the lighting in the room is so dim [ambient light] and really need replacement....i have problem finding things in my luggage. Breakfast is minimum....to say the least.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the old town of Hoi An with all the shopping and night markets. The staff were super friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms (our room was facing a minor building site which was noisy) and the food at the hotel is delicious too. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend. The only thing I would change is the music that is on repeat all day in the Lobby and pool area. It would be nice to hear something else than Adele on an acoustic guitar all day. But that's really a minor thing ;)

Nice hotel, great location, decent breakfast. Clean bathrooms, great shower. Liked they have bicycles to loan out (free, they have like 12 bikes, get yours first thing in morning before they run out). Very walkable to ancient town.

This hotel is very close to Hoi An ancient town which makes it perfect to return and freshen up before setting out again. The staff are so helpful and go beyond making your stay pleasurable. Room are clean and tidy although I had a room overlooking the pool which at times was noisy. The breakfast was ok but could of offer more. This hotel is a decent accommodation.
