The room was clean but when i arrived my pillow case was dirty but housekeeping came immediately to change it and was prepared to change the whole bed. The staff at this hotel are amazing....particulay the doorman /luggage man. He goes out of his way to help you. I did not get a room with a balcony but would next time as the wi.dow is in tje bathroom with the partial sea view. Nice and close to the beach! Good location. Breakfast good. A rough start here but it got better. Housekeeping had to come and show me how to work the aircon.

I wish we stayed here an extra few days, but our trip was planned on a schedule. We had spacious rooms, the staff were extremely helpful. They greeted us with helpful maps of the area, information on recommended businesses, restaurants, and activities. They also arranged for our car ride to the Da Nang train station. This was a great experience, and my family had a memorable stay, while it was only for a short while.

Excellent staff make for a great hotel. From check in to check out, which included plenty of use of all the facilities. All the team were professional, courteous and made us feel very welcome. The suite room was comfortable with an excellent sea view. If you don't mind a small pool (however, the rooftop setting makes up for it) then J-BAY is an ideal hotel at the price point. I recommend and will happily stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. We had a nice ocean view room and the scenery was awesome. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel is accessible to the beach, staff speak well English at reception, they have a desk customer officer to assist tourists. Room is spacious after added in a extra bed.

Spectacular hotel! We had a room at one of the top floors with a sea view and it was stunning. You get to see the sunrise on the beach. high standard of the roo. Just a few minutes walk to the beautiful My Khe beach and plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood. This definitely surpassed our expectations and we'll be staying here again the next time we're in Da Nang.

It was my first time visiting Da Nang with my son. The hotel staffs are very friendly and could speak fluent English so you don’t have to worry about the translation. The hotel is pretty near to the beach, except it’s really chill to visit the beach in the morning. The room that I booked is a balcony suite and it oversees a splendid sea view. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here with JBAY and I will definitely come back if I revisit Da Nang.

Great location - right on the Danang Beach. Spectacular view from the balcony and reflection of the ocean view in the mirror facing to the balcony. Super clean. 45sqm is quite spacious. Love the rooftop pool. Just be careful it’s slippery and dangerous when the floor is wet at the pool.

We had a wonderful week staying at this hotel. Location was right by the beach and close to everything else. Amazing views from the roof top infinity pool. Incredible value too for this hotel. But the most outstanding thing was the service. Every single person went to extra efforts to make sure you were taken care of. They even called an employee to hunt down a pastry, banh tieu, that we had tried at a food cart stand and couldn’t locate it again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience there was more than perfect! We stayed 3 nights. When you check in, they make conversation, give you a welcome drink and give you a map with all the activities there are to do in Danang. Our room was kept very clean and tidy every day;The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise, se we slept really well. The service was also amazing and very quick, whether it was room service, reception, or at the pool. They also arrange a shuttle to take you to the airport. Also, some staff members give you daily recommendations of places to eat, visit, etc which is very helpful. Staff is extremely friendly.

I had an absolutely amazing time staying at JBAY hotel. The staff were attentive, kind and welcoming. I especially want to say that Mai was an amazing host who took the time to answer my questions and suggest many beautiful places to visit. She made my stay even better! The hotel’s location is very convenient and a one minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is amazing for the price and the rooms are extremely large With everything you need. However, there isn’t a phone in the room but I had no problem with this. I think it’s because it’s a new hotel. The next time I stay in Danang, I will stay at this hotel for sure. Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️
